Meet the people that make it all happen!
Michelle founded Peaceful Coexistence Ltd in 2024, after 8 years in the dog training industry. She dreamt of an organization that helped dog owners keep their dogs rather than only focusing on dogs in shelters and rescues. Michelle wanted to address the problem from a new angle, providing for pets and making dog training accessible to everyone. She believes that dog training should be as accessible as a parenting class, and should not cost as much as a car. Featured in her photo is Bailey, a rescue that was once aggressive due to abuse, but under the care of Michelle and her family, has now become one of the sweetest pups you could ever meet.

Caitlin joined Peaceful Coexistence in 2024 as our Brand Manager. Her passion for dogs begins at home with her two adopted and well-loved pets, Mika and Kaiya. The Thompsons adopted their youngest dog, Kaiya at 8 weeks old from Soul Dog Rescue in Fort Lupton; and their eldest pup, Mika from Denver’s Dumb Friends League after she was surrendered as an adult at 5 years old.
Caitlin and her husband have worked diligently with Mika on correcting her reactive behaviors since the day she went home with them. The training and education they’ve received since partnering with PCE has helped them integrate Kaiya into the home with an emphasis on intentionality, consideration, and responsibility. Cultivating a clear and responsible relationship in their dogs’ lives and between their beloved pets has helped maintain order and safety within the home. She believes that providing resources and training to pet owners can have a huge impact on the success of pet ownership, preventing dogs from ending up rehomed or in a shelter.
